Grand Alpaca dont accept any returns or refunds on products shipped outside Norway and holds no responsibility for damaged or lost goods. Any complaints of such is to be directed to the postal service handling your package. However; it is important for us to know about any incidents with damaged or undelivered goods so we can take action against our delivery partner ourself - do not hesitate to get in touch if such occurs. In any case please use the contact form!
